My name is Krissy and I am a certified 200 hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor. This May will be my 10th year teaching. Currently I am teaching at Pacific Health Club in Liverpool and Core Pilates and Yoga in Cicero since late 2013. I am an avid nature lover and mom of a 1.5 year old. I love good music, food and beer too ;)

This class is for beginner to intermediate levels!

What Do I Get With My Ticket?

You get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of your favorite Empire Brew! Please Note: Gratuity is not included. Please tip your bartenders :)

What Should I Bring?

Bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat, we won’t be providing any. (And maybe some socks for a cozy Shavasana)

By purchasing this ticket, I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age.
