The musical "Cabaret" is set in Berlin as the Nazis are rising to power. It focuses on nightlife at the Kit Kat Klub, and cabaret performer Sally Bowles. The club serves as a metaphor for the political developments taking place in Germany during the early 1930s. Cazenovia College’s Artist-in-Residence, David Lowenstein, directs with a cast drawn from students, staff, faculty, and local community.
